Complete structural analysis and design of a mid-rise RCC building on a compact plot. Efficient column layout, optimized slabs, and code-compliant detailing ensure safety, economy, and smooth execution on site. Deliverables included models and reinforcement drawings for hassle-free construction.

This project posed a geotechnical challenge due to significant soil undulations within a compact plot. Hard murum was encountered at 5 ft depth in the front, while the rear end revealed hard rock at 10 ft, demanding strategic variation in footing levels. I led the structural design for the entire building, including customized footing solutions to accommodate these variations. The design underwent senior review and was approved without revisions.

A G+1 Office Building designed using a multistorey mezzanine structural system, located in Raipur, C.G., with plan dimensions of 26.29 m × 10.19 m and a clear floor-to-floor height of 3.0 m. The structure, with an approximate steel weight of 38 MT, is engineered to deliver a compact, efficient, and functional workspace solution.
